How can I place an order?
To place an order with Plastech Print by Badgemaster, we kindly ask you to send an email to sales@plastechprint.co.uk that includes your artwork or design ideas, quantity required and purchase order if available. Our design team will create a visual impression which we will e-mail for your approval. Once we receive your approval, we will proceed with your order (subject to account status/pre-payment).
What are your lead times?
Delivery lead times depend on the type of product you are looking for. On average it takes approximately 2-3 weeks from receipt of order and artwork approval to despatch. Whilst we always strive to meet your deadline, this may not always be possible. Once you confirm the product required, we will advise on a more precise despatch date.
Do you offer samples?
Yes! We offer free samples of the products you’re interested in. Please note there will be a small set up fee charged for bespoke designs/artwork
